Elizabeth is Missing was a book that I had randomly picked up off the shelf at my local Shoppers Drug Mart. I had optimum points saved up and  was looking for a new book to try out.

Elizabeth is missing is about Maud , she is losing most of her memory but refuses to forget about her friend Elizabeth. No one around her whether it be her daughter, granddaughter or police will listen to her. But all she can keep coming back to is where did Elizabeth go?  She can’t understand why no one will listen to her that her friend is missing.   Follow Maud as she desperately tries to find out what has happened to her friend which only seems to be giving her more clues to her past.

  • Overall this was a pretty good book.  It can be emotional at times and does a good job of relating how devastating and difficult this illness can be.  I liked how the story also delved into Maud’s past , it gave her more depth. Definitely a book worth reading in my opinion.

  1. Random books are the best because you don’t really have an idea of what to expect. I always pick up random books at the 99cent door when i need a change of pace. Sounds like it’s a sad story.

It sounds like a book that you won’t be able to put down until you finish reading the entire thing. It’s definitely interesting and right now, I’m curious as to how the story will end.

  3. Elizabeth is missing sounds like a wonderful read on the cards. It would be really interesting to see if Maud succeeds in finding what happened to her friend Elizabeth finally. I want this book right away!
